Darrel Grandstaff left us without a place to live with 2 babies and without much recourse since he has gone chapter 7 and we will have nowhere to go to get any money back. We will have to pay thousands more for things we supposedly already paid for and we also have subs coming to us for money they were never paid for work that was already done. The roofing and siding was done by him and is terrible with no warrenty now that he is going belly up. He has made this experience a nightmare and he has done it to others as we have learned. He will be back to do it again and if anyone has any common sence they will not far for his b.s. He is a talker and a sheister and I hope he loses the shirt off of his back. He has no remorse for anything he does and he is a selfish s.o.b.
