I thought this was a totally legitimate company at first. I paid my $2.97 membership fee to apply for a grant for my freelance Graphic Art operation and in a wink of my eye, $57.61 was extracted from my bank account! I immediately contacted them, closing my account/membership and was sent an e-mail saying that within 5 - 7 days $40.00 would be refunded back into my account. Like HELL it was. I've got a folder ¼" thick of e-mails saying the same thing, with all of these promises of reimbursing me and nothing has happened. I've gone to my bank, who called them (only to be put on hold for 5 + minutes) and was told that under the law I had a week to contact them demanding my money back. That will be tomorrow, Saturday - so I was told to call them on Monday, the 16th. I am disabled folks, for the past 15 years with 5 spine operations under my belt and more to come. On Disability, I don't even make the minimum wage in this country. Do they care? HA! These people are ruthless, cold and lie thru their e-mail keys! I don't know what I'm going to do in this situation but I am determined to get ALL of my money back. The $57.16 and the $2.97 for entering this nightmare. Now, they won't even reply back to my e-mail requests (all I was getting was a print out saying the same thing, over and over again). E-mails from 'Irene' in the Refunds Department. HA! It's probably got a janitor's sign on the door of the office. I don't remember seeing any Pay-Pal option on this site and they have my Credit Card Number. Now I've got to get a new one, contact all of my utility companies, etc. about the change and this has just been one HUGE pain in the butt! After this - if it's not on a rack, I'm not getting it because ordering anything thru the Internet is just too darn risky. I hope these people rot in HELL . . . after they become disabled and live in it while they're still alive! (I tried to import an e-mail page from them but it wouldn't accept it) -
