It was surpose to be 1.95 charge to my debit card but was charge 57.61.I didn't authorize the transaction. I need a refund and a letter send to my bank saying that the company 360 is not coming to withdraw this charge out of my account!!! the confirmation number is 3348693

I ordered a Grant CD from this company and it was only to $1.98 which they charged my credit card for. Which is fine and that was on the 28 June 2009. I just recieved my statement and there are ytwo more charges from them, one is for $69.95 (866 3153967 UT) same company name and the other one is for $30.00 from IWB SVCS LLC 8668811070. Now I don't have a phone number for them. If anyone has it would you please forward it to me so I can cll them. Your help is very much appreciated. Alice

I, as I can see by all the other complaints, I also have been fooled by this Scam Company calling themselves Grant Resourse Center. They offer you a free Grant CD if you pay the shipping but not informing you that you are volunteering for free trials of Websites having to do with Grants. One costing you $39.95 within seven days if you do not cancel and the second and third site are the same way. But ther is not a number available for you to call and cancel membership of any. I don't know about the reat of you who have been scammed by these people but I am contacting the FBI. I have an agent who I have been in close contact with sense 2003, so I am going to give him the information about this company. The rest of you should not just settle for maybe getting your money back or doing as I am doing here and complaining. Write your congressman your Senator, your Governor, hell the president himself and bitch at them and him and demand them to do something about it. If this world is moving into a time where electronic transactions are going to be the common thing to do then we need to stop the damm thieves now.
Lets take action and force our government to do the same, its what we pay them for, right.

This is just ridiculous. We as americans are in a state of decline as far as our economy and we find out information that could possibly help us financially and so we apply for a FREE cd and only shipping charges. However within 3 days of ordering my husband and I were charged 39.95 on our account. I understand that in one response you stated that after a 7 day free trial then you would charge us. But how in the world (mind you I have yet to recieve my FREE cd) were we charged within 3 days of the order?????????????????? Also, how was I charged after my free 7 day trial when I have not even recieved my cd? You are pathetic. You pray on people trying to make a comfortable life for theirselves and their families. We are parents of two young children and we feel very violated by a system where you can trust the fact that there are actually people out there who are good and want to help others however. . . . . your website is definetly not one of them. You are terrible people who SCAM people for money. We are very good friends with several local attourneys and have already contacted them. We want our money back or we will create a site for others who have been wronged by your company and begin a law suite against you. If you actually belive that writing that in small print at the bottom and then withdrawing extra funds even before the time that you say you are suppose to is going to fly you are wrong. You cannot violate peoples accounts and just withdraw money anytime you want because they trusted you with their account information.
