Grant Club Gold did not send me the wesbite to apply for a grant and they kept trying to sell me giftcards if I paid some extra money. I got upset with the representative because she was not trying to hear me and I never heard back from them again. But they still charged my account.

This co. has been calling me every 3 minutes for 4 days round the clock. They call from: 201-399-3367 in Englewood, NJ; 201-331-7071 in Cragmere, NJ; and 201-282-6559 in Bergen County (Behran), NJ. Luckily I have caller ID and have not taken a single call from them & I also have the ability to turn off my phone ringer from the above 3 nos. and I simply delete all their calls at the end of the day.
They call trying to sell you Gov't Grants...which are actually FREE from the gov't...and then attempt to collect or acknowledge your name and their main goal is to get your banking info so they can clean out your acct! To stop them you need to put in complaints online to the NJ BBB, FTC, NJ Attorney general, Your state Attorney General, put in a report at www.ripoffreport.com, and finally if you hadf money stolen, you need to go to your local police. These people are nothing but common thieves and need to be stopped. I got all this information by 3 days of research. If you gave them your banking info...which you should NEVER give to ANYONE...if I were you, I would close mty account this instant.

We signed up for a 7 day free trial of thier website for finding goverment grants, The telemarkerter is very misleading making it sound like there would be listings of programs we could apply to to recieve a free grant. After several attempts to acess this site we had to send emails to request info to acess this site, Due to the phone number we had to contact them needed a pin number to talk to anyone which we never got, Of course it took several days when they finally sent us the info we needed to acess the site and it was nothing, We then had to send several more emails requesting them to cancel this service, With no response back they wen't ahead and then charged our account $49.87, Overdrafting us on two transactions, Of course we started sending them more emails requesting this money be put back into our account. On a whim we looked up thier website again and a new phone number was provided that wasen't there before, We called customer service and they said they already processed a refund into our account, So they did recieve our emails, But just never responded. They are scamming people and not providing the service they state they will. I feel they also need to refund our overdraft fees also but of course they are fighting us on that one, Have any ideas as to whom I can contact so we can properally report them to the better business bureau, So they can't do this to someone else!

thay were suppose to give me 10 days of free account to get school grants and thay took my 2.97 for my membership and then denied me axcess to the online site.and also gave me not just one invaled number but 3 invaled numbers till i found a real number!thay are scam artis.
