I paid Grant Funding Search $1.98 for shipping on a CD that is a list of grants available for education/small business/home repairs etc. I have not yet received the CD, but it has only been a couple days. They asked for my phone number so they could call and confirm the order. They have never called, however I have received dozens of calls, starting the evening of the order, from at least ten telemarketing firms. These calls come at all hours. I have stopped the charge to my account and blocked additional charges from these people, but the calls still come. I am registered with the Do-Not-Call, but still my phone rings!!

What a sham!! BAIT AND SWITCH PROGRAM. They use the Cd as the bait to get your credit card information and ask you to wait for delivery so they have time to charge your card. Then you get the CD pass the time allowed and you realized the CD is B***sh*t in the Bla, Bla, Bla language. When I requested the CD for $1.98 s&h only on 2/7/09 and allow for 5-10 business days for delivery of the CD. 2/10/09 was charged the 1.98, then was charged $69.95 NO ONE GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO, not to mention, I had not received the CD until 2/23/09. Called. Went round and round with 4 different people, 2 said they were supervisors who read off prompter cards. I'll be calling the FBI as well. These people need to be stopped.

I paid for access to the website, and the search function was unreadable and didn't bring up the correct resources. I wrote an e-mail, did a webinar, and called customer service.

I have been trying to use your search but it displays with small font on the first result, and as you scroll down the font gets bigger on each result. So by the time you get to result #5 or so you can't read it, because it is so large.

Also when you try to click on the link more info, some of the links are no longer available. In other words your info is old.

I also asked the question last night on your webinar How to use the search, and was ignored. I said I was looking for grant money to pay off debt. All I heard was get away from the me me me mentality.

It took 7 minutes on hold with customer service. They asked my name. They told me to refresh my browser and if that didn't work to call them back.

It didn't work. And the funny thing is, all of the other websites work, so how can it be my browser. Even the links are normal font. Yours is the only site that does this to me.

They canceled me in a matter of minutes without a refund.

If you are considering checking out this grant search, DON'T DO IT!!!

This is a complete scam. The only thing you get is a charge of $1.98 for a CD you'll never see and then a charge of $69.95 on your credit card.

This company is a complete fraud and needs to be stopped.

I was told that I would receive a CD with information about grant options, it would cost $1.98. I now find that my account had $70.00 taken out of it. I did not authorize that withdrawal.

I need my money back.
