I dont want this and you have charge me 2 or 3 times for the same thing please give this back and take no more I live on 600 a month I cant afford this Why are you doing this

I just found out that they did exactly the same thing to me. In their website they say that you will get a shipping charge of 1.98 and when the person from this company contacted me he told me that there was a program that I would be able to use for free for 30 days and that after that period of time I was going to be charged 19.95 a month if I decided to keep enrolled in that program which supposedly gives you attorney advice and some other legal help. He gave me a phone number to cancel that program package, which I did call in the next two days but i was told that I could NOT cancel anything because I was not a member yet, they told me that it may take couple of days for the application to go through so I was advised to call back in a few days. A week later I received a call where I was asked some questions about the grant purpose and I was notify that the cd was going to be shipped that day. More than a week has passed by and I have NOT received such a CD but a withdraw of 69.95 extra from my account. I called them and they said that the information about this was disclosed on an e-mail that they sent me with my name and password so I could access my account with them. Along with all their mail I was receiving like 50 more mails from different companies so I blocked all those addresses from my account because that was NEVER what I was asking for, all I wanted was the information in the CD that I have NOT yet received. I already call my bank to dispute the charges and I hope I get my money back, if I am looking for a Grant is not because I have money to throw into the garbage. There has to be a way to STOP them from doing this.

They pulled 69.95 with out authorization from my account and then when i received what i was only suppose to pay 1.98 for there was no CD in the sleeve.
