I got a cd for a 1.98 and they called my phone saying they was sending the cd and i said yes they sent it i got it and it is blank and they charge my card 69.95 and just lost my job and i have no money

I never got the CD, and that should have been my first warning. I emailed them to notify them I could not access the account online as promised. When I checked my credit card account, I was charged $69.95. When I canceled, they put me on hold for a long time, but I got an email confirming that my acct was canceled.

I was reading their page and was told for 1.98 I would get information on grants and everything else was free. Seven days later $69.95 was taken out of my checking account with no prior authorization to do so. I called Grant Funking Search to get my money back and was told that after seven days I would get nothing. I told the lady I wanted to speak to her manager and she said she would call me back later today. She did so but I was unable to get all of my money back but did get 59.85 back or so she said, it should take two to three days. (will see). I am still contacting the FBI about this fraud because there were no terms or conditions saying that I would be paying 69.95 every month plus I wont all my money back. For anyone reading this call them at 888-210-2544 and ask to speak to a manager and hopefully you can get some of your money back too.

These people are calling consumers and telling them there is FREE government money that has to be spent. They ask if they can get your credit card #to send you the CD (1.98)S&H.

I was lucky to get on this website and did further searching to find out that others are being scammed. I called my bank and will watch my next statement for debits, if further action is needed.
I called this company and talked to some foreigner (I could not hear her very clear, but she did say she cancelled the account.
I asked her what she did not state my account would be billed after the 7 days and she said it was in the ''disclosure section.' She would not make any other comments.

I agree to paid $1.98 for shipping for a free CD. About a week later I discover that $69.00 had also been taken from my credit card. I notified the company and was told I should be more aware of what I sign up for. I explain to the person that I was not aware that I was signing Up for anything. She told me I should have readed the fine print and that they was not going to return my money. I think this is totally unfair.This should be explain at the begining of their offer.
