Same as everyone else...
charged my account $29.95 when I did not authorize this charge.
I signed up to recieve the CD for just the shipping cost ($1.50?) and after I hit submit payment I got a feeling that the whole thing was a scam so I instantly called customer service to cancel my order. I asked them what their program is...They explained that you sign up for your free CD (with the price of shipping) but then it automatically enrolls you in thier program which charges $69 a month. I told them I did not want the cd or the program and to cancel me completly. They informed me that they would have to charge me for the CD but that was all. I got the stupid cd which is crap and a week later I got a $29.95 charge. This sucks. Cant we do anything to stop them?
