I purchased, after some research, Ultimate Grant Secrets, and was asked to pay $3.95 which I did. I have since had 74.95 removed from my account on two more occasions before catching it and closing the card account they used. I have never been notified of anything from them as to what these charges may be for. I have called the 888# listed above, to no avail. When this transaction showed pending in my B of A account, there was a different telephone number. It was the number to A One Able Tree Service In Millsboro, Delaware.

After the transaction posted to my account, the telephone number and information changed to granthelpcenter with a different telephone number. I have called and left several message today, and received no call back. I did some research on the internet and found quite a few sites regarding the possibility that this company may be freaudulant.

I cancelled on the same day I ordered which was 03/12/09 and they still have charges on my credit card

My name is Marilyn Jackson. I have been calling the customer support center of Grant Help Center since March 26th. I have been charged 3 times, for a total amount of $225.45 for services I haven't used. I ordered the free cd for grants from the IRS web site, while doing my taxes. I paid the $3.95 for the cd. Since then, I have had $225.45 taken from my account. I have filed a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau of Wyoming, and with the Federal Trade Commission. After calling this company, once again today, I have been told again, that my money will be refunded. I've been waiting for this to happen since March 26th. Now my rent payment is going to bounce, because after being told I would no longer be charged for anything, back on March 26th, 2 more payments have been taken from my account. How can this be done? How is this legal? I need my money back now! I understand today is Memorial Day. But, they had no problem taking the money out of my account today! If this is a case of fraud, please direct me to someone who is able to help me SUE this company!

I was looking for help finding funding for my small business. I came across a site explaining how federal grant money was out there and offered a cd for $3.95 that would help you find them.

I ordered the cd, it arrived one week later. It came in an envelop with no information on how to use it, no contact information at all. I tried the cd and it was basically useless. I tossed it and figured I was out $3.95 but no big deal.

Then, I get my bank statement and find two charges from a granthelporder and a grants/newspin8669 for $74.95 and $29.95. Luckily the phone number (888-662-8762) was on my bank statement because I don't even know what website I ordered the cd from.

I called the phone number hundreds of times. Mostly the phone just rings and rings then hangs up on you. Many times it was picked up by a spanish speaking answering service that then hangs up on you. I finally reached a person who says they are newspin and are a 3rd party answering service. He gave me a website-granthelpcenter.com as the only contact. He says that he will cancel my subscription and refund my money.

I go to the website he gave me and there is no way on there to contact the company directly. No terms of agreements that said I signed up for a subscription.

I call the 888 number back and after numerous tries I finally get a person to try to get more info. I have him check my name to see that my 'subscription' has been canceled and he says no! He also will give no contact information for the company and says he only has the website. He says that he will cancel my subscription and refund my money. Sounds familiar. I will try them again tomorrow and in the meantime, I have to cancel my checking account to stop further billing. Who knows if I will ever receive my money back.
