Had purchased a CD for about getting grants. And after I got the CD and downloaded it there was nothing about what a monthly membership fee of 74.95. And call on the 16th of March to cancel the membership and the rep said that it would be 10 business days for the refund to come. Well started calling back on 26th to see what the status is. And was told that there was a problem with the system and they had to process the refund manualy and would take a couple of extra days. so I gave it till today is 1 April and they said that they are still working on the refund. And they are having a high volume of calling for refunds at the same time and they keep brushing you off so they don't have to deal with you and your complaint. I want something done.
