Unauthorized Debit from Checking Account
All,
The phone number for Grant Help Order is 1-888-662-8762. I had the same issue with them, but we all should have looked at the fine print at the bottom left of the web page (www.grantwrittingexpress.com) before placing our order. We had 7 days from the time we recieved the CD to cancel the subscription. I called them and even thought I was beyond the 7 day limit they still refunded my money. Please give them a call. You might be suprised and then again maybe you won't.

Charging my account again
I ordered this CD for 3.95 and got charged 29.95 and 74.95, which I did not have at the time. I got a 30 dollar over draft because of this rip off scam. I am cancelling this and calling my bank to make sure I dont get another 74.95 ripped off of me.

charged after i cancelled 5 times
I sent for the grant help order for 3.95 you charged me 75.95 after i cancelled it on your web site and by phone i called the better business bureau they said you are scam and they are working to shut you down my bank is also working on this I was also charged 29.95 for internet protection that i never ordered i have called at least 10 times and they say it is canccelled and the money will be put back in my account but they have not done anything. I am going to get you crooks shut down no matter how long it take's and if i have to call a lawyer put my money back in my account Lawrence Ahern 26 Ensign ave Mechanicville, NY 12118cancalation no. 234 1206909 that was for the 29.95 you took out for no reason I am calling my bank right now my wife is a manager for 20 years you will give me my money back

unauthorized charges
I ordered the Grant Help CD for what I thought was a $3.95 and then an additional 74.95 was billed to my card. Then an another round of duplicate charges appeared. Thus far, I have been unable to contact anyone with the company to try to resolve this matter.

Unauthorized charges
On the internet, they had a CD of grants. All you was supposed to pay was the $3.95 shipping & handling charge. When I received my credit card statement, the $3.95 was on 2-26-09, and the $74.95 was on 3-8-09. When I called the company, she said she would call another company to take the $74.95 charge off the bill and that it would take about 8-10 days to do that.

when i ordered the ultimate grant secrets, it was priced at $3.95 plus shipping. my credit card shows a charge of $74.95. i had been misled by your advertisement and i think you are scamming me and other people. please credit my credit card instantly or face extreme consquences. dale hano

Unauthorized withdrawal of funds from accoung
I ordered a "free" grant CD and I noticed the next month that $74.95 and been withdrawn from my account without my permission. And two charges for $29.95 each for a grant newspaper is pending withdrawal from my account - again without my permission !
I want my money refunded to me.
