74.95 charged without permission want refund on my card and no future charges
i was asked if i would like more info on grants to help. i am on disability right now and am unable to work. thought this was legit, so i thought for 1.93, why not find out. i never dreamed they'd stick me for 74.95, recurring every month. i can't afford this.

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION ON MASTERCARD
Around the middle of February I had several (6 or 7) charges billed to my debit MasterCard. 3 of the 4 companies that I contacted immediately refunded my money. This particualr company proved to be a little more difficult to contact. I tracked them to the island of Nevis in the West Indies and got no further. Today I just received an envelope from them with this Cheyenne, WY return address. I have NO idea what is in here. Its about the size of a CD. I've asked USDirectExpress who sponsors my MasterCard to investigate, but i would appreciate any help you could give. The charge was for $74.95!

scam
After about ten days i recieved the cd, but was also charged 74.95 . this was an unathorized charge, I got suckered.Try charging on my card again, seen how its canceled. I hope you people feel good about what you are doing, ripping off people. I hope u get caught by the right person.

unauthorized and unexpected charges
I was interested in information for $3.95. I then was charged for $74.95 and hadn't recvd anything until 13 days later. I have returned the product but have now been charged $29.95 for something else.
When I recvd. the first charge I called my credit company & was given a phone # to call. No one answere . You omly contact a recording and no way to speak to anyone.

unauthorized charges
On the web page, it only states to pay $3.95 for the CD. The Cd never arrived, but by checking my account online today, I found an unauthorize charge of $74.95 from this company. I called the 888 number, nobody answer, try again three times, same thing, nobody answer. Got on this site address, and found this. My complaint is enclosed..Iam requesting and demanding my refund of $74.95 to be credited back to my account. Sincerely, Mrs. Fawn Lee Wright

unauthorized charges
This is a scam. Beware they charged my credit card 74.95 then 2 days later charged it 29.95. Plus I never received anything, no CD, email. They don't even respond from their website. I hope we can get our money back somehow. If anyone knows how please post it. I filed a complaint on the FTC Bureau of Consumers.

Unauthorized billing
Ordered a CD on-line to assist me in writing a government grant.Received nothing. Except a charge on my credit card. After 3 days which was promised for arrival. I shut down my credit card. Got the bill with a phone number no one answers or a busy signal sounds. What a rip. What can I do? My credit card will not pay them if the order was over $50.00. It wasn't. How many people are getting ripped off.
Call me stupid. I checked the website with snopes. There was nothing on it, so thought it must be safe.

Free Grant CD
I Order the free grant help kit and was suppose to only pay the $3.95 s/h fee. But i order the kit in the beginning of febuary and they helped themselfs to another $74.95 out of my account. Not only that i just recieved the cd today on 3/10/09. this company is a scam just to get some extra money out of you. everytime i call there number (888)662-8762 all i get is a busy signal. once again do not order from them

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a $3.95 CD that never came. I was charged the $3.95 and then about a week later was charged $39.95. The phone number goes to directory assistance. I now found a $29.95 charge for another? firm, myfitness.com on my account. When I called this number, they told me that the $29.95 charge would be refunded. I will watch for that.
