Grant Helper Order. Your asked to pay $3.95 for shipping of a CD/DVD to help you find Grants to apply for. Once you order, you'll be charged $74.95 a month, plus some other company jumps in called My fitness and charges you an additional $29.95. There is no way to contact the Grant Helper Order to cancel!! We disputed it with our Advanta Credit Card and they refuse to stop the outgoing Payment. Robin Gibbs with Advanta's Dispute Department told us to get a hold of the Grand Helper Order and we can't The number does not work.

We were able to cancel the My Fitness monthy charge, but then another, third company jumped on board called Grant/News and they then began to charge us $29.95. These are monthly recurring charges.
Don't get caught by this scam. Don't order from them.

I plan to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Michgian and encourage everyone to do the same in their own State. Does anyone know if there is a Federal Level for complaints such as this? If so please post a link

I had agreed to pay a couple of bucks for shipping on information i requested. come to find out you all put me down as a suscriber which i did not agree to and ended up taking 74.95 out of my checking account i want to cancel my subscription and get refunded.

I had ordered from the internet a CD for grandhelp and was charged $3.95 for the disc. In the terms and agreement this place was to charge $74.95 each month. Here is the following monies this company has frauduantly took out of my account.

2/18 - $3.95
3/2 - $74.95
3/4- $29.95
3/27- $74.95
3/30- $74.95
total = $258.75
I am entitled to a refund of $179.85.
I called the phone number I got from my bank @ 888/662-8762 and spoke to a man named Eric Castillo who claimed that he was the supervisor. He told me he would cancel the membership and would refund my money however he could not tell me how much my refund would be nor would he give me the name of his company and the address for me to write a letter of complaint nor would give me a time frame my money would be returned and he just hung up on me!

I ordered this cd which the ad said was FREE you only paid shipping and handling of 3.95, I have yet to see a cd and also now have a charge of 74.95 on my credit card !! I have the same problems as the others that posted about not being able to track down any real person to talk to about this. I want the charges taken off my credit card account ASAP !!!

After Grant Help.com did not send the 'free' cd regarding grants after debiting my account for $3.95, 10 days later, they helped themselves to $74.95. I called the 888-662-8762 number and got a recording. I tried many times to call and either got a recording or a busy signal. My name is Angela Richard (email [email protected]) and the company better refund the charges!!
