monthly charge
Sought info on government grants. Paid 2.97 for this, then found I was being debited 57.61 a moth . Called customer service (somewhere in Asia) to cancel and got no resolution. They are failing to disclose all information to clients in violation of Fair Trade Practices. Now my bank has the complaint.

SOMEHOW THEY HAVE TOOK MONEY OUY OF MY ACCT WITHOUT ORDER
this company called grant help has somehow took money out of our banking acct without our order or permission. this has caused us serious problems with our acct. this is absolutely rediclous to do this to people.
this company has no contact information at all to contact them. there is no number or email address at all.
its like they dont exist, but somehow is getting peoples acct info and charging them. there has to be something someone can do. if anyone has any info that could help us all, PLEASE share it with us. Thank You, Regina

file a dispute
went on line to see if i could get some information on grant help. It said i could pay $1.87 only. Did not say it was going to be a1.46 daily. This was 08/13/2009. They say its been over 14 days without me cancelling. Did not know i had to cancel, i thought i was going to get my information. That why i did not cancel. If they are going to charge me $79.00. Why have i not receive any information. I tried calling them was told they could put back in my bank account $59.00. I still have not see it yet. They only have one worker and her name is kim. She would not tell me her last name. she did not think it was important.

Unauthorized Transaction
I, as it seems many others have, chose to pay the $3.95 for shipping on the grant helper CD that I found online. Almost one month later I checked my account online and found a withdrawl of $79.95 from my checking account! I want my money back!!!

You have been taking 49.95 out of my account for quite sometime now, when I received your CD I immediately returned it and asking to be canceled, which you haven't done. CALLED AND CANCELLED WITHIN 7 DYS, NEVER RECEIVED THE DISC-MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED 49.95
I DID REQUEST A GRANT HELP CD-I WAS NEVER BILLED FOR THE 2.95 NOR DID I RECEIVE THE CD. I CALLED BEFORE MY 7 DAY TRIAL AND CANCELLED. ON 6-1-2009 I WAS DEBITED 49.95. I HAVE CALLED 15-20 TIMES TODAY AND CAN NOT GET AN ANSWER. SO, I WENT TO THE BANK AND FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK DISPUTING THE DEBIT. I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS DEBIT, I CANCELLED IN MY DUE TIME. COULD YOU PLEASE CORRECT THIS ON MY ACCOUNT? MY EMAIL IS [email protected]

i ordered a grant CD and received it (49.95). for some unknown reason 3.95 and two payments of 74.95 have been deducted from my account. i've called repeatedly and was disconnected repeatedly. i want my money back. the money you have deducted from my account is not the same account that i ordered and paid for the cd that i received. so where and how did your company get that information.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR RESPOND VIA EMAIL WITH WORKING NUMBER TO CONTACT YOU.

illegal fund transfers!!!
I ordered a 3.95 cd to assist my wife and I getting a grant to upscale our business. After paying only 3.95 my account was debited 74.95 unexplained. i called the customer service line and talked with Eric T. whom checked my information and told me "I was getting my refund back within 5 days and whatever it took for my bank to run it on their end."
6 days later I called the same number and suddenly they couldn't hear me... i was hung up on three times. then I called the bank and reported the fraud. I will be calling the authroties and the news to assure I get my refund and they are out of business.
"They claimed the 74.95 was part of a contract. I signed nothing... electronic, or written.
BE CAREFUL... DON"T USE THIS COMPANY
AND COMPANY... I WON"T STOP TIL YOUR OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

confusion
I have read several complaints about GRANTHELP.COM. In all fairness, it is a different site. There may be legitimate complaints about GRANTHELP.COM but I wanted to try to clear up some confusion.
Names the company in question uses are GRANTHELPORDER . COM, GRANTWRITINGEXPRESS.COM, GRANTWRITINGEXPRESS.NET, Grant Ventures Today, Inc.
I ordered the CD which I did receive on 3/14/09. I am in the process of disputing this charge.
The "Contact Form" lists their phone as 888-662-8762, office hours M-F 9AM-5PM CST, name & address as Grant Ventures Today, Inc., 642 Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis.
I don't know what state NEVIS is.
Here's what has happened to me so far:
$3.95 charged on 3/03/09
$74.95 charged on 3/13/09
CD received 3/14/09 (according to USPS Delivery Confirmation)
According to the Terms of Service, I should be able to get my $74.95 back because I am within the 7 day free trial (starting 3/14/09).
Today, I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the $74.95. I am also cancelling this card and requesting a new card # to avoid future charges.
I'll let you know what happens.
