I am just reading the complaints about this company and they are all true. At first I could not remember or didn't even know what was grant line pro until I logged a complaint at the bank which also made my account go into the negative. I believe when you go to some web site it will lead you to grant line pro. They intentionally and deliberately lied to me that they are going to refund your money and will not refund it. Instead they led you to believe that they will charge your card 1.97 shipping and handling and then will charge you 39.99 or more if they can. Immediately, I went to my bank trying to find out and had my debit card canceled and re-issued and when I called, they said the money will be refunded. They had me going back and forth and had no intentions of giving you a refund. I do not have money to be giving away plus I never received the stupid merchandise. At least give me the product if you are going to charge my card. Now, I would not even want it after listening to one of the customers said the CD don't even work. Not once they said a trial period or stated a trial period showing. Everyone should be entitled to refund if they are not satifised with the product especially when you are misled and over-charged.

Even after I cancelled after being charged $9.95 out of my account from grantlinepro.com, they CONTINUED to withdraw $29.95 from my account! I do not have the money to pay for this fraudulent activity!! I can't get rid of them!

I requested a cd for a $ 1.99 and thats it and yesterday 1/2/09 my account was charged $ 61.95 thati did not authorize and the number that is suppose to be customer service is somebodys home number. all i want to do is cancel and get my money back but there seems to be no way to contact them.
