Subject: Refund for Grant Master Deluxe Edition
Dear Customer Service/Refund Department:
Grant Master has billed my debit credit card WITHOUT my permission on seven different occasions in the amount of $49.99 each, which is a total of $349.93. I authorized the amount of $2.29 only. I would like a full refund within 10 days of this letter in the form of a cashiers check or money order payable to Francesca M. Ford. I have closed out my debit credit card because these unauthorized charges were fraudulently made.
In the beginning, I was told that it would be downloaded to my email address and the CD would be shipped out. It was never downloaded to my email address, but the CD came the next week. I went to use the CD and could not use it because my account was cancelled.

Per our telephone conversation on June 2, 2009, I complained and explained that I had no idea you were charging this amount to my credit card for a CD that never worked. I read the terms and conditions that was issued in the CD, no where does it say I would be charged any additional amount.
Furthermore, it gave a step-by-step process to get onto the CD with Username and passwords and after logging into www.yourgrantmaster.com/members, all per your request. Grant Master was informed that I was never able to get onto the CD, nor did I ever use the CD and was very unsatisfied with the product because of this.
I also informed Grant Master that your company can see that I have never been able to log-in through your administrator, but still you charged my credit card. The below error appears every time I tray to log-in (I simply do not exist even though I have paid $349.93).

After researching your company I found 100’s of complaints against you, including, but not limited to:

8. Grant Master Deluxe Edition - Phony CD; username password
9. Grant Master Deluxe Edition - Canceled order; received CD anyway and already have 39.95 charged as well as some 8.95; 1.29

Finally, your cooperation has been little, therefore I have been left with no choice, but to contact and file complaints against Grant Master to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the Governors’ Office, and the local District Attorney’s Office.
