Today I was going over my bank statements for the month of August because I was coming up short on the money I should have in my account. I seen a transaction for the amount of $38.34 that I didn't authorize from a company named Grants-R Us on August 19, 2009. I called the number that was provided and they informed that I sign up in April 2009 for this product or what ever it is suppose to be that I never received anything from not even a letter in the mail about the things they might offer, now I recently had another transaction on June 26, 2009 that I had cancelled from the company Blazed Key words and they were to refund me $72.21. They told me I should receive my refund in about 7 to 13 business days, I gave them a extra few days to refund me my money and never received it, so I called them they told me that it was an error in posting my refund and now I have to e-mail the company concerning my refund. So today when I called this Grants-R Us they cancelled my account and then told me to send a e-mail to support@grant masters online.com to get my refund. I then realized that these two companies are the same and they now owe me $ 110.55 for unauthorized transactions. I have disputed these transactions with my bank. Now if I don't receive my refund in a week or two, I will call my lawyer have him draw up papers for a law suit and I will also report these companies to the BBB for fraud.
