I did authorize a total charge of $2.29 on Sept. 13, 2008 for a CD from Grant Master, however I did not authorize a $39.95 charge that was deducted from my bank on Sept. 13, 2008. I have tried contacting them by phone but unable to get through. Always busy! The e-mail address I have is "do not reply."
What a ripoff! How do they get away with this? I would like to try and get my money back and closed this account permanently.
