I did agree to the free trial but lost track of the days so i could of canceled it. Now i have incurred more charges. I have tried to call the number on the website so that i could cancel but the number is always busy (18004790979). Now again i have to new charges one for the $7.95 and the other for the $9.95. I started calling the number stated again so that i could cancel and not luck now with the $9.95 being adding to my account again its not fair to me. I tried calling the (18004189230) and now thats busy also. can someone please call me because this is not fair to me. I don't know if its because i live in the Virgin Islands or what but this is really not fair. I'm losing money because i cant get through to these numbers. Then i morning i was reading a complaint posted by a gentleman on 6/24/08 and the rep that replied to him gave him a number to call also and i tried it and its also busy (18663965694). Someone please help so that i can get these charges refunded to me. All i wanted was some information on how to do a grant for school. This is why i stopped these these online agreements because then i cant get through when I'm ready to cancel and i get charges that i cant get refunded for.
