Janet:
I am making one last attempt. This information has already been forwarded to the Internet Fraud Unit with local, state and federal authorities so it would be in your best interest to complete the transactions promised to me as well as having me "properly" removed from ALL correspondence pertaining to your company as well as any and all subsidiaries affiliated with your company.
The charges against my account are fraudulent as well as double billed.
Again this is my final attempt (per FBI and local authorities) to give you an opportunity to properly rectify this situation.
I have spoken with many representatives within your "support center" and have forwarded all names and information to the authorities as well.
Today I spoke with an Amy Wallace, who was not only extremely unhelpful, but also very rude and disrespectful.
As Director of Customer Service for a publically held national corporation, I am astounded at the "lack of" customer service your company and it's subsidiaries offer.

Note:
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3 provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes.
