I authorized a charge of $2.99 to get information disc about government grants. The website then charged my credit card with an additional charge of $94.89 which they stated could be refunded in full if I completed an on line refund form. I cannot access this form when trying to log in. They state my log in info is not recognized. Please help me get this refund. We ordered the 1 day grant disk, and the only thing we saw was to pay the $1.99 for the disk. We never seen the $94.86 . We want our money back! This is for free grants not to robb you blind. I would like you to please refund our full amount of $94.86 back to us Thank you.

I saw this on the internet. It said 1.99. When the 1.99 was authorized it did not say anything about a membership or anything about additional charges. I went to my bank and they are helping me to dispute the charges and get reimbursed all the charges that were not authorized to be taken. These people should be put out of business yesterday. It is very obvious that Grant One Day is just out to steal peoples hard earned money with no regard whatsoever to how it can affect peoples bank accounts or anything. They may as well be stealling food out of the mouths of out children. These are'nt small charges either and the "mebership" gone unoticed keeps charging a fee every single month until canceled. I'm quite sure that they know that some people will be too busy to notice until it's too late to dipute these crazy charges and the other thing I discovered is that a whole list of links that they have are dead links. )USELESS!!! and still they take our money.

THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO TAKE 1.99 THAN IN 88 DAYS, IF I DIDN, T CANCEL THEY WOULD TAKE 94.89 FROM ACCOUNT. BEFORE THE 88 DAYS THEY TOOK THE MONEY ANDHAS TAKEN ANOTHER 94.89 OUT MY ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CHARGED FOR FRAUD AND TAKING GOOD PEOPLE MONEY!
