refund
I was browsing the internet looking for loans and grants to help with college funds and i came across grant one day. i did not apply for anything or ask to join or be sent any thing but they took 94.89 from my account. i am unemployed and currently collect unemployment benefits. i was just looking for free help. and once i went to their website i found a few days later that this amount had been taken out of my account. i immediately called the company and was told to send an email to their customer support dept. i was given a direct email address to do this. when i typed in the email address it told me it did not exhist. so i called back and got the same email address and told the person i spoke to on the phone i wished to cancel. so then i went back to the website and sent three emails. i was supposed to recieve a confirmation email and my money was supposed to be put back in my account but they have yet to do so. i am on a fixed income and cannot afford this service and i never signed up for it. i would like a refund immediately. if they can take it out in one day then they can certainly replace it. i did not recieve anything in the mail from these people which i would have to return. so i owe nothing and i am demanding a refund. i was looking for free help for my child in college and i certainly would not pay almost 100 dollars a month to recieve grant and loan information. please help me with this. and an immediate refund would be greatly appreciated. thank you, michele kennedy. i was given an ID # as follows 125235.

Refund of 94.89
We just want our $94.89 dollars back so we can never go by your misleading website but if we have to we will make it so you people never take advantage of any one again by turning you all in for fraud and taking money from people that don't even know you've got their money til its almost too late!!!

this company chargrd me after a supposed 7 day free trial which i never heard of. the free cd they sent did not work. it came after the supposed free 7 day trial. i was never able to even use their service. i also feel that the amount they charged me for this service was exhorbitant. clyde leavens

FRAUD
I ORDERED THE GRANT ONE DAY AT $1.99 AND WAS CHARGED 95.00 FOR A 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIP. ONLY I CANCELED BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD AND THEY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I CANCELED BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD ENDED. HOWEVER, I MUST KEEP THE PROGRAM FOR 3 MONTHS BEFORE I CAN GET A REFUND. IS THERE ANYTHING ALL OF US CAN DO (TOGETHER) TO GET OUR MONIES RETURNED TO US?

Scammed 94.89 must be returned
This is my second complaint and where is my original and all the others that have previously written about this scam. I would like my 94.89 returned to me. There was not mention of any 7 day membership on the website for the cd. Also, i did not receive the cd for almost 7 days. This is an outrage and I demand my money back. There was no authorization to take any additional funds from my credit card.

charged 94.89
$94.89 was taken out of my checking acct. without my approval. I autorized a one time shipping fee of $1.99 and got a cd in the mail. That was a month ago and on 4/03 94.89 was Stolen out of my acct. I expect a full refund. And not after 3 months now. Somebody needs to go to jail. How horrid.
