Well I never, I looked over the e-mail that was sent for about a week before I decided to invest that $1.99, for a CD I never received. And a charge of $94.89 which put me in NFS, ( thank you!). So I call the number get the run around, very unprofessional customer service. They say, the product was mailed on the 27th of Feb, 09, and I received it on the 5th day of March, 09, that is 7 days. On the 11th of March, 09 the $94.89. I found it to be very odd that you had to e-mail the billing dept. for a refund, which I found them very hard to want to give up.
But if we think about all this most companies you purchase from on line, you have usually 30 days from the time you receive the product in hand before any additional charges will apply. With in that time you can cancel, and get that taken care of right then and there with a customer service representative, which is usually very pleasant, and with out b.s. on wanting a refund. So here's what I did, I filed an Consumer Complaint with the Attorney General in my state, and the state where the actions took place, I filed a Consumer Complaint with the Better Business Buearu. My banking institute has been notified of the unauthorized charges, and I sent an e-mail to one of the local news station.
So fool me once shame on you!

signed up for 3 day trial for 1.99 cancelled within an hour of ordering when i got my cc bill not only was i charged 1.99 i was also charged 94.89 from grant one day and 19.12 from Erika Miler Pro who the hell is that grant one day is a SCAM

I was unaware of the 94.89 my account was charged, this is a scam and I want my money back. I only agreed to the 1.99 for information on grants.

I ordered Grant one day cd for a $1.99 so I could look in to different grants to help my family out. I used a friends credit card for the $1.99 and now they have charged his credit card $100.00 I called and cancelled it and they still charged it. I am a single mom looking for some help and this program obviously is in to helping people but ones who have money. The grants should go to people that actually need them not the ones who can afford $100 a month or whatever you charge. I don't have the $100 to pay back my friend and I have not even used the CD cause I just recieved it. They said I had 7 days to cancel it I did'nt even get the cd in 7 days. I would really appreciate it if you could reimburse my friends credit card I will return the CD I have yet to use. Maybe you should make it a litlle clearer that this program is'nt to help people who don't have money but the one's who already have money who obviously don't need this help with grants. Please inform me of what can be done as soon as possible. I just don't have the money to pay my friend back . The only reason why I ordered it was it was $1.99.
