I agreed to pay $1.99 in shipping for a CD to assist me in writing a grant to start up a business. In exchange I got a $49.50 charge on my credit card because I didn't call within 7 days to cancel. I didn't even receive the CD in the mail prior to the 7 days in order to get any information to use and no information to know their would be any additional charges or that I had to call to cancel.

When I finally did call the company, I got a representative that was so ready to tell me that I agreed to the Terms and Conditions on the website when I ordered the CD that I had to ask him to stop talking because he had already interrupted me 3 times! He was rude and uncooperative!

I also believe that this company should be investigated by the Attorney Generals Office.
