Ripped Off

Ordered and paid 2.95 for grant CD.My credit card was billed after a trial period of 7 days which I was not aware of. When I called I got a rude girl who said I could not get a refund because it said on the website I agreed to a 7 day trial. Said my name and info was given to someone else and that was that. She clims I was called as a follow up but I did not. I am currently now disputing the charge. The CD is no good without the trial period of 7 days. So if you get sidetracked and don't visit the website and activate an acct. your screwed!!!
Don't go to this company for grant info...you'll be sorry!!!

Unauthorize charges

I order this product for $1.95 on 04/16/08. I was aware of the 21 days time limit for cancelation of the membership and I called to cancel. I had to leave a message because no one ever picks up the phone. I called to day also. I tried to go online too, so that I could try and cancel this way, but to on avail because apparently either the user or password are invalid. I am requesting again to the company to stop trying to charge my account. I am currently unemployed due to downsizing at my company and I do not have any money. I am being charge additional fees by the bank because of this. So I would appreciated if they canceled, stop immediately. Thank you for your coopereation in this matter.
