On Feb. 3, I was told like the others consumers 2.95 is all you pay for S/H. Then on 2-13-09
I was balancing my account and 49.50 had been also, deducted on 2-10-09. I called immediately, because I had no clue about the 7 day website access. the man on the phone told me that it would take my CD 7 to 10 day to arrived but that was it. I found out all the extras on when I canceled. I was told to contact Jarvis, who is over complaint dept. by email, my email has not been address at all, I've called several times, but I'm always directed by to Jarvis who does not response. very angry and disappointed.

On January 31st, 2009, I contacted someone in your customer service department. I obtained this number from a missed phone call and I called back. I regret to say that I failed to get the name of the lady that I spoke with. She spoke with a foreign accent. I told her that I was interested in signing up for the government grant program. She told me that she could sign me up on the phone. I agreed and was supposedly signed up to receive a CD and an information package. She took my credit card information and was supposed to charge a fee of $2.95 for this information I was to receive in the mail. Also I was to receive an E-mail confirmation with the following number, which she gave me on the phone...879-177354. I did not receive this E-mail either. She went on to tell me that this $2.95 charge would give me access to your website for 7 days, after which I would have to pay an additional fee of $8.61 per month for each month after the initial 7 day period. Since I did not receive my package nor my E-mail, I decided to check my credit card charges. To my surprise, the $2.95 charge was in faact billed to my card. There is also a charge of $49.50 pending for the next month.
I did not agree to this amount and do not expect to be charged for this. I was told it would cost $8.61 per month. Today I called and cancelled my subscription to your website. This was done after going back and reading all the complaints that was written about this program. I just regret I didn't do more research before acting.
My subscription, for lack of a better word, is cancelled now, supposedly, and I have no intention of paying this $49.50 charge.
I will dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Grant research promise but not received. Charge 2.98 for postage - nothing sent. My account was also charged 49.50 plus postage. I canceled and was refunded 20.00 but charged again 49.50. Phone numbers and web site do not work. Fraud! Fraud!
