I sent for a DVD disc on how to research available grants. The company said that they sent it on a 7 day free trial. I never recieved it, but the company has gone ahead and charged me a $58.61 monthly membership charge. Mind you, their free trial already cost me $1.95 shipping. Unfortunately, I never got the Dvd and it slipped my mind. Meanwhile, the 7 days expired and they went ahead and charged my debit card the fee. Their attitude was so sad, to bad! "According to the agreement, you need to cancel before the 7 days". Well...after explaining what happened and still getting the to bad attitude I finally lost it. I did manage to get the woman to say she would send me a "Courtesy refund" of $25.00. It remains to be seen if I really get it, but it has taught me a lesson. Don't purchase anything from an unknown company using a credit card/debit. They can just tap into without checking everything is to the customers satisfaction. I guess I have nobody to blame but myself!! It won't happen again and I am not through with Grant Research Guide until I get back the remaining money! If I had only known to check some of the websites that come up when their name is typed in, I would never have done business with them. Apparentley, I am not alone!!!

On July 17, 2008 I responded to an advertisement on the web about free money from the government from grantreseachguide.com. I was charged $2.95 and was waiting for the alleged CD that was going to be mailed. I never received the CD. I tried calling the nuber several times without any success. I received a call from one of your agent inquiring about how I found the material. I informed him that I never received the CD. He apologised and gave me tow number to contact Grant Reserach. I called several times and was on hold for an extened period of tinme without speaking to anyone. On July 23, 2008 and September 23, 2008 I was charged additonal charges of $49.50 with an additional 40 cents for both months. I am seriously questioning the legitimacy of your organization. I would appreciate a full refund of the money that was charged to my account unfairly approximately $103.00. Thank you for immediate attention.

I have been repeatedly debited $39.98 from my checking account for several months in a row. 3
I do not remember signing up fro this service nor authorizing anyone to debit my account. I do remember however...looking through several websites at grant information and ordering 1 DVD which I never recieved. I know I never signed up for any extended service which would require me to have my account debited over and over again.

i oder a free cd which stated I only had to pay 1.99 for it. and if i didn't call and cancel it I would be charged 49.95 out of my account. I wait for the cd to come in the mail and it never did. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and got switch to another line and than the phone click off. I tried this seversl times and failed. When I went to check my E mail a message wae onit stating my membership had been cancel!!!
