I was solicited thru the telephone by grant research guide.com to buy a CD for 2.95 and I would have free access to their website for 7 days. Well before the 7 days ended, I called and cancelled my membership. They still billed my credit card for the 2.95, but never shipped me the CD. I have been calling and calling, trying to get a refund or to get the CD mailed to me. No luck. Now all of a sudden, there are no refunds and there is no one you can talk with about this. The reps keep telling me to email this person called Jarvis(a supposedly supervisor) with no last name. Well, I did just this. I emailed the company attention Jarvis in the billing dept. twice and still no response. My ticket ID #s are 0810300806-12 and 0810300735-12. They billed my credit card and still to this day i have no CD. This all started on Oct.9th. The reps tell me that there isn't anything they can do about this that only this Jarvis with no last name in there billing dept. can refund my money and there is no way to get in touch with this person. He doesn't have a last name or address other than grantresearchguide.com
