Paid the shipping for the CD and never heard from them again. The CD was impossible to understand or use. I was not able to contact them again after receiving the CD. No service at all and they were supposed to help me every step of the way to get a government grant.

I was trying to get a federal grant to fix up my house and to pay off a loan. I seen this advertisement about free grants that would come from the government on the internet. I got on the site and filled out a form to receive a cd on how to write grants and it was also suppose to have addresses of gov places that you sent the applications to.

They said I had 7 days free access to the web site and if I join their website it would cost me $35.75 which would be deducted from my bank account each month if I didn't cancel in the 7 days.

The next day I got a call from some lady by the name Omato and she tried to get me to join the web site but I told her no and she gave me a conformation # so that the $35.75 wouldn't be taken out of my account.

I never did got the cd and that was 2 months ago then this month I was checking my account and seen where $35.75 had been taken out by a company called the reward store com.

The bank got the # for me and I called [877 207 6561] it was a company I never heard of, I told that gal I didn't know of her com and didn't give anybody permission to take money out of my account.

She got mad and told me her company would put the money back in my account. But it would take 7-10 days for it to be put back.

I'll have to wait and see I guess course like grant research guide said the same thing about the $2.95 and it has never been put back inot my account!

I have paid monies for grant information I never received. I asked also to have my account canceled. Customer service was so willing to cancel as if they were used to the phone calls. Its criminal to charge my account $58.00 for charges I did not authorize. I was supposed to receive an information CD for information purposes only. The cost was $2.95 for shipping and handling. Never received it.This company is fraudulently operating and taking advantage of people. By the way, customer service informed me I would have to send an e-mail from the website to request a refund. The website contact screen does not work.

How can this company still be in business when it continues to rip off people with unauthorized charges? Shame on me for not checking on them before ordering that CD for "only the shipping charge". What BBB do I report them to?

This company is a huge scam, don't fall for it! I purchased the cd rom version for $2.95, that was the only charge I authorized. Before I even got the cd, this criminal company had charged my credit card $58.61- completely without my authorization. I called my bank (wells fargo) immediately, they said I would have to cancel the card and put a fraud alert on it because this company will just keep charging. I had to get a new credit card. These people should be put in jail.
