Signed up for Grant Secrets on 2-24-2010 for $2.97 which was taken out of my bank. In their website it states a 7 day free trial. After that they will take out $57.61 for membership. On the 25, of February, this company took out money for the membership. I could not get on the website this evening, February 26. I called the support team and was told by Sheryl that she was able to get into my account. I asked why did they take out the 57.61 now when I was in the trial period? She stated the trial period for the $2.97 was for 24 hours only. She gave me another web site to go to for tech support which was different than the one on the email. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the membership. I told her I wanted to check it out, feeling I could get the info and kit printed for use and would cancel later if I was unhappy. I logged into the account and found it very un-helpful and and felt once again misled. I called back and spoke to a Kathy who was not very polite. I asked for a full refund of 57.61 and she stated they would not refund me. Then she offered a $40.00 refund and a months free membership. I refused stating I would file a complaint with the proper channels.

Please advise.
