This is a big scam. Yes, I did want to try the CD, but, I changed my mind when the cd arrived in the mail. When I received Media Solutions CD I immediately returned it to the sender. The mail carrier returned it to me and the reply was (Returned for Carrier Endorsement). My credit card account has been monthly charged (February through May) $39.95 (twice) on the same day. I want a refund of all of the money you have charged on my account. I will get all of my money . I will not cease trying.

I received a call today from my bank telling me a 39.95 charge was posted after I ordered a FREE grant CD fror 2.99! I called this number that was posted on here and told customer service (I use those words loosely) I wanted reimbursement. He insisted that on the order form it tells you that you will be receive a companion program for which you are charged MONTHLY. I told him that I ordered this from an ad on a different site and there was no such info on the order page. He told me to go to thier site and gave me the address, I went there and no site!! I told him this, he seemed embarrassed but argued a while longer anyway. Eventually he finally agreed to credit my card and cancel the TWO companion programs they entered me in. BEWARE...this is a HUGE RIP-OFF!!!
