UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

I'm not sure how I started getting charges from this company. I signed up for a CD from google treasure chest for FREE info on how to make money and only pay shipping. Next thing you know I have a charge to my account for 72.21 and then periodic 24.87 charges. I called, cancelled memberships, was given RGA numbers cancellation numbers, mailed the CD back and its now 5 weeeks later and after SEVERAL attempts still have no credit. They tell me they credited my account on the May 25th for the 24.87 however at that time the charge was merely pending... it actually went through on the 29th...

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL. You have no idea you're signing up for ongoing charges and the CD is NOT free as they made me return it in order to get my "refund" So now I'm out 1.98 $5.00 in shipping to ship it back and still have no refund for the 72.21 NOR the 24.87 Are these companies working together? WHO are they??

cancelled membership still getting charges

I too ordered late mays a $1.95 program from google treasure chest to receive no welcome letter invite to even see terms and conditions. then found my account drained for 72.21 and a customer support number from the bank. I called they wont refund. I reported to BBB then they responded to them there is a 7day trial which of course I new nothing about because I never received access to this info. so im still in dispute via with BBB assistance only to find out today there is yet another charge for 24.87 hitting my account by Grant springs. who are they? they are in cahoots with google chest. I am told by them to send a email for a possible refund. These two companies are making the internet very scary to even use. they are thief's.
