In Febuary 2011, this company withdrew funds from my account without my knowledge, it was only after I got my banking statement the next month that I noticed that the sum of 148.95 was withdrew from my account & since I hadnt been online making any purchaces or requesting any info online I immediately contacted my bank whom charged me a $23.00 research fee, & called me back after gathering the information to contact the company directly. I made contact with the companies 1800-491-6883 customer service number provided by my bank & when I got a hold of the customer service rep after several tries @ the # provided, not only was she rude but advised me that my refund would take up to 15 bus days to give me my money back. Well today is 06-21-2011, and I have yet to have gotten my refund. I made contact with the local BBB in Utah where this company has listed an address for a legal department located @ 473 S. River Rd # 1-276, ST. Georgia Utah & the BBB has since notified me that the mailing of notification of com[laint that was mailed to the company has been returned to them (BBB) as undeliverable. Today I called again & since my account had already been cancelled I could not get through to a rep, so again I called back & used a different option & finally got an rep on the phone named "James" rep ID# 1652, whom told me that they had been waiting for me to call back in to verify my mailing address so they could mail my check back!!! I thought that was extremely funny considering I never called to authorize them to take my money, but anyhow he assured me that my funds would be mailed out asap & I should be getting a check in the mail within 3-7 business days, & provided me with an confirmation # for future reference.

I was online and stumbled onto this website because they said they could help me find out about "hidden" loans and grants that are available from the government that most people don't know about. I searched their website for more information, but when I found out that they would charge me $148 for giving me this information, I cancelled it right away (online). Never, at any time did I give them my banking information. They are obviously really skilled at getting our personal financial information because of the number of complaints against this website. Please be aware, THAT GRANT TREASURY WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!. They let me cancel and then proceeeded to attempt to withdrawn $148 from my checking act A MONTH AFTER I CANCELLED WITH THEM. I now have a $50 overdraft with my bank because the $148 was not available. I suppose a loss of $50 is better than $148 but they will probably try again, even after I called the contact number that the bank gave me and I cancelled again. I will contact the Attorney General tomorrow and will take whatever steps I can to expose this scam and I also have closed my bank account and re-opened it with a new number. Who ever reads this, please contact your Attorney General as well, and let's stop these scumbags!!!

Grant Treasury made an unauthorized withdrawl from my checking account with a fake check. They took $148.95 from me. I tried calling their customer service number and it has been disconnected. I don't know who to contact to get my money back. My bank gave me their number to contact them for a refund. The number does not exist. What can I do? Who can help me?

Grant Treasury drafted 148.95 out of my checking account without authorization. I never applied for any subscription searched any grant website or applied to this company for anything. I have filed fraud charges with the bank and am filing a complaint with the Attorney General. If you search any information or application for a "payday loan" this company will obtain your informationfrom them and draft your bank for what they call a subscription for information on Grants, without your knowledge or permission.
