Someone from 213-452-6539 started calling on 01/28/08. I spoke with someone from this number both on 01/28/08 and 01/29/08. I told the lady on 01/28/08 that I was NOT interested and she asked if she could call me at a later date and I said NO. They are calling my cell phone, during the day and now night time as well. Someone from this number called me 2 more times that same day after the conversation I had and told them not to call me back. They called my cell twice on 01/29/08. I spoke with a lady the first time she called and asked to be removed from their calling list. Once again they called back later that day. I just received yet another call today 01/30/08. How can I make them stop calling? My cell doesn't have a block option. I just hit the end button when they call now.

On April 4, 2009 I applied for a program on how to apply for government grants for the amount of $ 1.95 . I have been awaiting for the infomation about this program but never recieved it. Since then your company has billed my mothers checking account for a addtional $ 230.44. 57.61 per month for a program that I have never used. We are asking for a full refund. Because we weren't aware that we had excess to this program over the internet and haven't use it at all. to my understanding we were to receive something in the mail and did'nt. Please refund this amount $ 230.44 to Tawanna Vint at F&M Bank In Gladbrook, Iowa 50635. At This time I have canceled my services with you . The comfrimation number is 1931145.

Same as they have done to others, authorized $1.98 for a disc and they took $69.95. I'm disabled and my husband out of work since November so really didn't have the money to cover this surprise.
Contacted the bank and made out a complaint to try and get it back. Also submitted a complaint to the Wa. State Attorney General. We got an e-mail today (3-8-09), a week later, that they are sorry for the mis-understanding and our charges will be reversed. Hasn't come through yet, but it is Sunday.
