I requested a product for $1.95 for grants in my area, I was not able to log on to the site and my account was charged 57.61 the very next day. I was unable to use the product and was also told by Hazel that I had a 30 day trial period that I must cancel within 30 days and I would not be billed. Well I have been billed and was never able to even see the product. I would like my money refunded and I will never visit your web sites ever again. I was also told by operator Nan that my account was closed and made a copy of it I will bring legal charges if this is not fully refunded including the 1.95.

I did not agree to the money they charged to my card.the bank is charging me $129.56 for not having insufficient funds.Not only did I have insuffcient funds i never agreed for them to charge my card for any sum other than $1.95.Now i canceled even the $ 1.95 that i first approved. From the $129.56, all you have to put back is $57.61 +$1.95 which comes out to $59.56. Sorry for any inconvinence. I hope you refund my money as soon as possible so the bank can withdraw their fees.

I ordered grant information from grant360.com and instead of reciving books like the web site said I would get I recived nothing when I looked at the charge on my credit card I was charged $58.07 instead of the 1.95 and all I recived for my money was a charge that I was not expecting.

i had just read about alot of complaints about government grants to help to with starting a business or whatever it may be. I don't want them charges applied to my credit card because they charges extra money to your card and they are not allow to do so. I have turn this in to the police department and the bank about your fruad

I too fell prey to the site. My complaint is not that I was charged, which was disclosed on the Terms & Conditions section - actually a link to their T's & C's page. What makes me mad is they broke their on terms as offered. That is, they state that "Clicking the buy button will activate your trial membership with Grants 360 and provide instructions to the supplied email address! To activate your trial membership to Grants 360 your card will be charged $1.95 and then you can immediately take advantage of the exciting savings Grants 360 has to offer! After your 1 day trial period it's just $57.61 for each 30 days for Grants 360. Remember, you can chat with a live operator by calling 1.866.955.1669 within the 1 day period to cancel or emailing us at [email protected] and providing detailed information to enable us to process your request, and you will not be charged. You also receive access to our tax guide for a one-time charge of $38.21". They charged my account only 15 hours from activation. They clearly stated that I had 24 hours to evaluate the site.

This is the kind of thing that is class-action stuff. So, at the least I am disappointed.
