This company uses a very broad privacy and terms and conditions statement at the bottomm of their website page to provide them their legal out to pass your personal information including credit card information along to their sister companies. In doing so, this company and any of its sister companies are given carte blanc access not only to your personal information but to your credit card information as well. Soon you will be receiving not only countless phone calls and email solicitations but numerous charges to your credit card from companies who do not provide legitimate business information to contact them. I had to cancel my credit card and notify them of the fradulent activity as soon as I realized what was occurring, but unfortunately these scam artists already had their money. This is how it works. They lure you in with a great offer and get your credit card information to provide you access to their website. Then they pass your information along to their sister companies who also charge your credit card for services you never requested nor had need for without your consent. You can threaten legal action but then they will remind you that you should have read the fine print at the bottom of the page which gives them a legal right to fradulently charge your credit card for services you never requested.
