Fraudulent site...Huge Rip Off - I went to this site and purchased what they said was a CD with grant information for $3.95 Being the honest person that I am I took it to be just that. #1 I never got the CD that I thought I paid for but I did get something else. When I went to balance my checkbook about a week or so later I saw where they had charged not only the $3.95 charge to my debit card but also an additional $74.95... went to their website and they have no email contact. They list a phone number... but could never reach anyone at that number. Today, when I again went to balance my checkbook I found another charge for $29.95 for something that said"myfitness" on my statement but when I called it said "clickincome". In talking to the person that finally answered she identified that this charge was also made through Grant Express. She said she could cancel that charge but refused to cancel the other charges...claiming it was through another department. When I asked her to transfer me to those department she said she couldn't... she suddenly refused to give any further information. I just told her I knew what she was doing and I hoped someone would do the samething to her so she cold see how it felt. Now I am more than $107 in the hole and no one is willing to accept the responsibility and refund my money. Furious!! I feel like I have been raped!!
