I placed an order to www.grantfundingexpress.com/www.granthelporder.com (order #1245985) on 1 March 2009 for a CD on GrantWriting which was suppose to be free but a $1.93 shipping cost would be required, I authorized the $1.93 to be paid on my CC, however my account was hit on 3/2/09 for $74.95 and on 3/4/09 it was hit for $29.95, and as of this writting I have not received the CD nor have I communicated with any one from this company. Would appreciate any assistance you can provide in getting my money refunded.
