I paid the 1.98 for the cd and ended up with an unauthorized charge of 69.95 like everyone else.

It took me five phone calls a lot of persistence and some hard core language. I was repeatedly told I could not speak to a superviser, the superviser was unavailable, or the supervisor would call me back (which would never happen). They kept repeateding they could not refund me because I was past the 7 day trial.
I just kept at them and finally told them I had contacted a consumer rights advocate and he had reviewed their terms and use agreement with me. I said he advised me that they were in violation because they charged me before I received the information I needed to take advantage of the free trial. Therefore they were charging me illegally and either they would refund my money or I would continue to call them all day long and file a legal suit against them. At that point she magically put my on the phone with a supervisor that hadn't been their all day. HA! I repeated the same information to her and she AUTHORIZED MY REFUND>>>it took five days but it did show back up in my account.
KEEP FIGHTING>>>DONT LET THEM WIN!!!

PS...Record the name of everyone you talk with, what time you called and what they said...when you repeat all that everytime you speak to someone new it shows them you are intelligent, committed to seeing this through to the end, and have the evidence you need when you threaten a suit. No one wants to be forced to court and knowing you have their name and can repeat the illegal things they say makes them nervous.
