My brother Tyron is a Vietnam War vet with substantial emotional and memory problems. He had apparently clicked on a 14 day trial subscription to the company's service for the cost of $1.78. He was hospitalized for a 2 1/2 week period and had forgotten all about it and had never used the service. I saw the notice on his bank statement of a withdrawal of $75.95 by them on 8/4. I have requested 3 times, and my brother once, to cancel the service and refund the monies. All they have done is cancel the service... His account is overdrawn that amount plus services charges now totalling $103.75 and increasing at a rate of $8.00/day. Can anyone do something to correct this immoral action. Do the people in U.K. think we are stupid and unable to collect...If so, its a grand mistake on their part, , there are thousands of Vietnam Vets that do band together and could very possibly fly to the U.K. and show them how America deals with immoral thugs!
