Did not give me my refund after canceling
I called and canceled this service. The day after they charged me 49.95. I called and they were suppose to credit me back the money. This was done the first of August and now it is the first of September, needless to say I'm still waiting on the credit.

they keep billing me
they keep taking money out of my bank account after i told them to stop. they stole 400 dollars from me please please help me.

refunds
I ordered the cd from them for $1.95. It took 4 weeks to get it. i called and cancelled with them they still charged my credit card $74.95 and said they would refund my card. Its been over a month and still nothing. When i call they say it will be a week and there is no way to get ahold of the company directly.

Washington Mutual Complaint
With all the complaints on this issue, why does Google continue to post their adds? My Bank, Washington Mutual/Chase, unlike American Express, refuses to cover the money fraud by GrantHelp, even though they recognize the number of complaints.. The Company, GrantHelp, is an absolute fraud.. No question.. GOOGLE... YOU MUST STOP POSTING THE ADD!!!

misleading purchase
I ordered a $3.95 CD with no obligation to purchase any services. I have discovered on my credit statement that they have charged me $74.95 (Feb), $74.95 (March) and $29.95 (March) in addition to the $3.95. I can not locate the company to get my money returned or speak with them about this matter. I have learned that My Fitness is also being charged and it directly related to this company. They are working in tandem to scam people looking for gant information. So far I have been unable to contact either company but have informaed both of my banks to stop these charges while they are being disputed.

Unauthorized Charges
I have not purchased anything from granthelp I've never even seen grant help or log on to grant help until the charge of $49.95 on my account. I would like to see proof of my subsciption or the charges credited thank you.

charging my credit card fraudulently
I ordered at $3.95 cd from them. I received the cd and have no complaints regarding that. Then on my bank statement I found two more charges from them at $74.95 and $29.95 that I made no agreement to.
