CHARGED MY ACCOUNT
THEY CALLED AND SAID YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING BUT SHIPPING/HANDLEING FOR THE CD. THEN A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR 49.95. WHY I DONT BUT THEY NEED TO REFUND ME MYMONEY BACK. I CALLED NUMEROUS OF TIMES AND I KEPT GETTING A RECORDING. I NEED MY MONEY SO I WISH SOMEONE WILL CALL ME OR GIVE ME A NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

unauthorized chgs
my greed got me in this to began with, but i believed that all i was paying for was (shipping & handling), $3.95. This was for an cd. which i never received. and to top that about 10 days later 74.95 was taken out of cc acct. I immedately cancelled that but next month another 74.95 was on my cc from a diffenent company. this one i have never been able to contact. I have contact my cc company. and cancelled my old card. I have also called the 888 number list above and it has been disconnected. or is no longer in service.

non-approved charge on debit card
On 3/12 I ordered their FREE software. I paid $3.95 s&H. I did receive the software and read the small print that stated my debit/credit card would be charged over $75.00 for other services if not cancelled within the "10 Day" trial period, which started the day of the order and it took 5 days to receive the product. On 3/17 I got on their website and clicked on every "cancel membership" link that they had. I got 9 email confirmations that my membership had been cancelled and I would not be charged any additional fees. On 6/23 I was looking at my bank statement online and realized that they had charged me $29.99. I have tried to call every phone number I can find for them and get recordings that "their system is having difficulties and to call back tomorrow" or "we are now closed, our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm CST" and I called at 10:00 am CST and 11:00 am CST and 12:30 pm CST. I am still persuing my options to try to get my money back.
BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND I DO ALOT OF ONLINE SHOPPING!!!

deceptively sells $3.95 DVD for $75 per month using paypal
This website, their service center, and their so-called services are a total scam and they're using paypal to lure customersinto a false sense of security. They offer a DVD for $3.95 that is suppose to give you all the answers to federal and private funding. They use a slogan and pay area that says pay pal. Then they start charging your credit card $74.95 for services they can not and do not offer. They got me and manay others for $150 before I noticed it.
The call service center consist of 2 people that try to get more info to scam you again. the same two people answer the phone each and every time. The 1st I called, after i noticed the 1st charge, the guy (foreign) said it was credited and my subscribtion cancelled. He actually charged my card anther $75 bucks. i had to cancel my credit card number to stop the $75 monthly charge. Again, the site offers no services for the $75. the phone #888-662-8762 will lead you to people that have stolen thousands of dollars from innocent Americans.
Pay pal has been no help in this matter and denied my dispute.

unauthorized charges
I have tried and tried multiple times to get these charges removed from my card. I call, they say they will credit 74.95 then they are back again month after month. I have gone on the website to be removed which said I was removed NOW once again I am charged 74.95 for Granthelporder.com
This is very unprofessional and unauthorized. I will be filing formal complaints with any and all state offices including the but not limited to: BBB & FCC

Unauthorized Charges To My Credit Card
I called this company and canceled all orders and asked for my money back. I was told it would take 10-12 business days to complete my return. I called after the 12 days and was told the information was not put in right so now I have to wait another 12 days. I just want my money back and these people stopped!!!I will call again after the 12 days and I sure hope I get my money back or I will press charges with my bank.

Unauthorized charge
Free dvd promised for S&H of $3.88
I never received the dvd but was charged $74.95 on my debit card.

ordered cd for 3.95
I ordered a cd for 3.95 and i finally did receive the cd i could never load
to actually see the information, this was on Feb 19, 2009 then on May
01-2009 i was charged a fee of $74.95 on my child support Debit
Card, I called the Dept of Well Fargo Bank and the child support Customer service, I reported what had happened and the State of Texas and The Attorney General is investigating FRAUD for falsely taking the $74.95 out of my account without any notice what so ever. I was also told that the money that was taken out of my account
is actually State monies and that they will investigate and prosecute.

3 charges for $74.95 in april on my credit card
I have been charged $74.95 on 04/10/09, 04/19/09 and 04/20/09 for a $3.95 CD. This is ridiculous.

unauthorized charges on checking account
The company charge my card $74.95 without my permission. I called the company two different times and was promised a refund. The last time I called, spoke with Charlie #29, he said I should have my refund by April 23rd or 24th, 2009. I still have not received my refund. I attempted to telephone company today, April 25, 2009, the call will not even go through.
Is there anyway I can receive some assistance in this problem?
