UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT
I have unauthorized charges of $74.95 & 29.95 from two different companies with grantordering & I am not sure why they are there. The night I ordered this online I immediately cancelled the order when I saw they had posted a trial offer for grant writing. Now I am receiving charges to my bank account. What can I do to get my mone back?

unathorized charges
I thought I was getting a cd to show me some different grants that were available, for $3.95 but instead, so far I have been charged $74.95 once last month and once this month. I did get one charge reversed and this one, I hope. The only thing to do is to cancel the membership online and hope it works. I called to phone number and it is just a bunch of foreigners that you cannot understand. Also, I will be putting a stop payment on my account so that no more charges can be made to my account.
I would be interested in a class action lawsuit if more people are willing to join.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMING EVERYBODY ...
They charged my account 74.95 & there was suppose to be a 3.95 charge ONLY, does any one know how to get your money back...i have called the # 888-662-8762 several times, also i have tried reverse phone # search to try to find another #, no luck. please help...

unauthorized charges on debit card
I ordered a "free " CD online from granthelporder.com. I received the CD, then when I was checking my debit card purchases there was a charge of 74.95, not once but twice!! One had been declined because I had not reloaded money onto the card. I did not authorize these charges. I don't guess I'll get my money back and I can chalk this up to a costly lesson learned!

I ORDERED THE GRANT HELP ORDER CD-ROM FOR FREE AND I WAS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING/HADLING. THIS TOOK PLACE ON THE
MARCH 10, 2009. hAPPEN TO LOOK ATMY STATEMENT AND ON MARCH 20, 2009 THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 74.95
AND FOR WHAT NO EXPLAINATION WHAT THESE CHARGES ARE FOR. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I TRY AND ORDER SOMETHING
THEN A WEEK A TWO LATER I SEE ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION.

unauthorized billing
Order "free" cd for $3.95 shipping, the next month you have another charge for $74.95 each month. Credit card billing only lists the partial e-mail (no phone). granthelporder.ccheyenne.
It is easy to cancel at www.granthelporder.com
or call their number that I got from my credit card company.

Total Rip Off
I was charged 74.95 and then 4 days later another 29.95. Unlike other complaints listed I actually received the piece of crap CD. Not even worth the 3.95 that I was supposed to be charged.

Unauthorized billing
It is just like the other complaints filed. You order a grant guidance cd, and never receive anything but an additional charge on your credit card 10 days later. $3.95 is your first charge of which you receive nothing and then 10 days later they charge you an additional $74.95 for more of nothing. I have talked to my credit card company today and they are looking into it. I will also contact the BBB in the wyoming area.

I was charged $74.95 it was unauthorized and I do not know how to get my money back. I call the 888# and it is in spanish and then cuts you off. Can someone please help me !!!

Unauthorize charge of $74.95
On the web page, it only states to pay $3.95 for the CD. The Cd never arrived, but by checking my account online today, I found an unauthorize charge of $74.95 from this company. I called the 888 number, nobody answer, try again three times, same thing, nobody answer. Got on this site address, and found this. My complaint is enclosed..Iam requesting and demanding my refund of $74.95 to be credited back to my account. Sincerely, MSapini
