Fraudulant charges
This company is a complete scam...When they charge you the 3.95 for a supposed Grant Finder CD you never receive the product and then weeks later are charged a 74.95 transaction with a customer service number that is not a running number. BE AWARE !!!

Unauthorized charges
It is just like the other complaints filed. You order a grant guidance cd, and never receive anything but an additional charge on your credit card 10 days later. $3.95 is your first charge of which you receive nothing and then 10 days later they charge you an additional $74.95 for more of nothing. I have talked to my credit card company today and they are looking into it. I will also contact the BBB in the wyoming area.

unauthorized charges
I was charged $.395 on 2/13/09 and then $74.95 charge on 2/23/09 for what I do not know. Called 888-662-8762 which is a toll free phone assistance company that does not have this company listed with them so phone number is useless. Got scammed and would like antones help they can give.

unathorized withdrawl
Ordered a grant cd all you were to pay was $3.95 shipping. They took $74.95 out of my account without permission.
I have learned my lesson. Is there anyway to get the money back?

charged for "free" CD
i was reading about this helpful site and thought i'd look into it, ordered the cd and have still gotten nothing about two weeks later, now they charged 74.95 to my card! i never authorized that and it was supposed to be free!
Anyone know how to go about getting my money back?

online scam
Company offered for $3.95 a CD with information on applying for available grants. Never received the CD and about 2 weeks later had a charge on my bank account for $74.95 that I did not authorize. Calling the supplied number was to no avail as it was a listing for a listing information line that did not work for their number. BEWARE!

unauthorized bank charges
I purchased grant software from this company for $3.95, and one week later was billed $74.95. I have no idea what the second charge was for. The website support phone number is also a scam, it goes to directory assistance.

unauthorized charges
My husband and I were billed $72.95 on 02/25/2009 from Granthelporder.com for something we didn't order. We were also charged $3.95 on 2/17/2009 and this is the only charge we should have been charged. I have tried to repeatedly call them at the number listed above and all I get is a busy signal. How do I go about finding out what this charge is for and getting it credited back to my checking account? Your help would be very much appreciated.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a cd to get government grants and they said I needed to pay 3.95 for shipping. Sure enough just like all these other complaints, a 74.95 charge showed up on my bank account screwing up all my finances. I immediately printed out all these complaints and I am going to the bank first thing in the morning. Wont make that mistake again!!
