I was charged 59.95, after supposedly, recieving a cd from this company about getting grants, I never got ther disk, and I had written on line that I wanted to cancell this account. I had called all of the companies that I had signed up with that day to cancell all accounts, and can not find this company as one of those I contacted. They refuse to fefund the money they took out of my account even though I did not recieve any of the items they claim I did.

I had a $39.95 charge show up on my checking acct on Thursday, December 3rd, 2009. At 4:18pm I called and spoke with Tiffany, I asked what a charge was for, I then informed the employee that I did not authorize this transaction and would like to request a refund. Tiffany said no problem she will take care of the refund. Confirmation # (Cancellation of service): 61368

To put a long story short, From Dec 3rd to today, Feb 23, I have been attempting to collect this refund that I am entitled to. I have called and talked to the company, Grantline Pro, on several occasions (As I have documented) And have still been unsuccessful on either receiving a refund or being able to speak to a manager about this situation.

These people took money from my credit carded. And I didn't get thme the right . And I want something done.and I will be mailinmg this disk back that they mailed me. And I will be telling them what I think. I hope something can be done about this. Thank-You

Unauthorized debit of 59.95 also ...I never saw the 7 day promotional thing on their website, and called immediately...the csr said...see it's written right there, as if I could see her screen through my telephone. amazing...But if you had a debit from GrantlinePro, then you'll probably have one from Residual Savings because they go hand in hand...a bunch of BS...I never even opened the disc...
