I just wanted to let you know that this is not a scam and in fact true. I will admit, it is misleading when they take your order without providing all the facts though. But here is what I found out for you!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEBSITE AFTER YOU SIGN UP:
So first off, after you sign up with a rep and give you credit card info out to send your cd, go back to the grantresearchguide.com website and go to LOGIN at the VERY BOTTOM of the page. Your username will be your email address that was given and the password will be your zip code.

After you log in, you will be able to browse the services and features and also do a keyword search for whatever grant you are looking for.

The cd that arrives in a few days will then provide you with step by step intructions on how to navigate through the website and use the tools that are provided.

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
You have 7 days to browse this and decide if its something you wish to do. If you decide to cancel before the trial or need to cancel anyway to stop the charges, dial 1888-276-8105. You should hear classical music until a representative comes on the line:) The wait was about 7 minutes but the rep was really helpful, explained the purpose of the trial and the steps of how this all works.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO MOVE FORWARD AND CONTINUE THE SERVICE:
Log in to your account using the instructions i provided above and scroll to the bottom left and click on Reguest a Grant Writer. They usually take about 7-10 days to get back because they are swamped and understaffed, and that will also force you to be billed because by then, your trial is expired. But the rep said that if you get with your grant writer, allow them to assist you, it shouldnt take no longer than 1 month to get your grant proposal submitted and approved.

After that, you can you call the same number back above and cancel. I called it today, canceled and received an email from the rep with a cancellation number.

I also let him know that they should reconsider how they do the initial trial sign up process because the rep was very unclear and it is very misleading and does come off as a SCAM!!

But with a little research, I was able to get to the source.

i made the mistake of calling on the email i got from theese jokers. DO NOT CONTACT THEM they are a group of liars and this is a scam they took from me 50.61 without giving what they promised me in return. they will do the same to you i tried to call their customer service line and was told that the supervisors do not take calls from members or customers I did get 25.00 back and will go after them for the rest but i do not hold out much hope. stay away from them.

I was searching for a home improvement grant so I logged onto the website grantresearchguide.com. Later I was called by Paul Garcia, employee #0686 from that company. He told me I could access website for 1 week free and that I would recieve info in the mail. Website is inaccessible and worthless and I have recieved nothing in the mail. They took 2.95 out of my account to pay shipping and handling on info I have not recieved and I call to cancel website before time runs out and get put on hold for hours no one ever answers. I am on social securieyt and if they take out more, I will be in a lot of trouble.

On 9/27 I spoke with Amanda Coleman and on 9/30 I spoke to Micheal Bryant about receiving a grant to purchace a home, they made everything sound so good to me, but I guess it was their job as a scammer to make it sound convincing, the two of them assurred me that the $2.95 s&h for the CD and grant application would be the only thing charged to my acct. and this was on 9/30 well on 10/6 while reviewing my acct. online I noticed a draft in the amount of $49.50 from a place called New Grant ph.#866-354-41 GBIL as you can see that's no such number so I decided to turn the GB into42 but nope that didn't work either that number belongs to an elevator company called Thyssen Krupp, so yes I really do believe I've been SCAMMED

Access to this website is difficult. not clearly stated when signing up. also they prey on people by calling their homes all day, and evening, until they reach you. using crative sale tactics. I've notice that after they debit my account more money was taken out! then the one time cost.Of $1.95. and I called the customer service no# for help who was not helpful at all. at 1-888-276-8105 please, stop these type of scam grant on-line prediators!!! and I would like my money back today.
