Recieved no info on grants.
E Mail stated a charge of $1.98, for info & application forms to apply foragovernment grant, but have no info. What should I do??

Did not get my refund as they promised.
I contacted them on 9/19/09 to cancel the subscription, they gave me a confirmation # and told me to fill out a form on their website. I did that and they wrote me back stating that my account was cancelled and I would be receiving my refund in 48-72 hours. I still have not received the refund.

unauthorized withdrawal
This business is a total scam. They request a 1.95 download fee then they tell you that instead of downloading, they just decided accessing on-line is better. I'm pretty careful about what I sign up for. No where did I see this was a 24 hour subscription service!! All of the sudden I am getting mulitple withdrawals daily of 57.61 from my account. I have written to them and cancelled and am trying to get my money back but they are resisting. I am going to have to cancel my debit card to be sure they stop. This is a horrible way to do business.

Unauthorized charges
I authorized $1.95 for software to locate government grants. The very next day there was an additional charge of $57.61 on my debit card. I did not authorize this charge. So far they have not refunded my money.

Charged but received nothing
I signed on for grant info from 360, was charged $1.95 and understood I would be receiving kit in the mail.
I have yet to receive anything and have tried numberous times to contact 360. Today I received my credit card bill and was charged the $1.95 plus $57.61 which was only suppose to be charged after I had reviewed the information. This is a huge scam - stay away from it.

I was charged 57.61 on my debit card and i had not agreedm on that amount, i only agreed for 1.95 to be taken out on my account.
57.61 was taken out of my account and all that i agrred on was 1.95. This a scam that i pray that doesn't happen to someone else.

unaurthorized withdraws from debit card
I went online and looked in my bank account and see were grants 360 has taken out 2 more withdrawels than what I allowed. 1 for $56.71 and $1.73. I have cancelled my account with them because the understanding I got all I had to pay was $1.95 to get the information on grants. I would like all three (3) of the withdrawels sent, put back into my account and this is far from a good way to conduct this type of business. This is called ripping people off because I never even got the email from them to my email with the phone number to the grants 360. I got it off my account history through my bank. I would like for this to be taken care and immediatley.

Illegal/unautherized accessin to my Checking account
To who this may or May not concern

This is my second attemped to recover funds that where taken out of my checking account with out autherization this is an illegal act in this the state of Ill and I will be taking legal action if all of my funds are not returned to my account by the stated date 09/11/09. I have waited for two weeks for respounce to my first request. I called today and a post dated respounce appeared on my email today that was not there yesterday.It further stated that due to a lated respounce you could only refund some of my refunds, about $40.00 dallors. Please be advised I'm requesting all, thats all of my funds ranging from when I first accessed your scam site. to process fees, taxes fees. membership fees. So I want the following $1.95, plus $1.50 process access to my checking account twice, plus $57.61 membership, fee for a total of $62.56. I wil be contacting this states Attorney General office to make them awear of you scam site. as well as for my attorney the States Attorney, the US States Attorney, and the I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well onthe above stated date if my fundes are not returned to my Checking account by the end of the day at 5:00p.m.

Illegal debit card transaction
I went on this website because it was supposed to be a fee of $1.95--to my amazement and dismay I was charged 57.61, .06, 1.73 for this service as well--I wonder if the US government knows that you are using their name to SCAM it's citizens--may the President would like to know that the very constituents he is trying to help get back on their feet are being scammed by a company using the name of our government to trick people into believing that they will be helped and put the economy back into the black--If anyone reads this and knows how I can participate in a Class Action Suite--please email me at [email protected].

Citizens of the US, we MUST NOT LET PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE of our good nature and humanity towards out fellowman.

I look forward to putting this company out of business and everyone getting his/her money back--totally--however long it takes.

When I called the telephone # my bank provided--this is the website I was sent to to get my money back--surprisingly enough--I don't see anything on this page that addresses my refund--

failed to cancel your trial subscription during the trial period. This is
the reason why you have been billed for USD57.61. It is stated on our
Terms and Conditions and on the Trial Information that you will
automatically be billed for USD57.61 if not cancelled during the Trial
period.

You have already been billed and we can no longer undo the charges.
However, we can compromise a partial refund from our billing processor
which will be at around USD40.00. We hope this is to your satisfaction.

Should you decide to accept the partial refund, please email us back so we
can process the request at the soonest possible time.

First of all. The links that your website provides are all errors that say grants360 does not have access to. So what exactly did you sell me. Second everyday millions of charges are made and reversed. Are you telling me that your company does not have this capability. Furthermore, I feel taken advantage of because you are telling me that the only mention of this "membership" is in your terms and conditions. After further investigation I have found a class action suit against your company, as well as a current investigation, yet you still prefer to do business this way. What great people you are that you couldn't even type me an email. Instead you use a template that just plugs in my name. Its funny that 20 other people have recieved this very email with only the names being different. I am willing to compromise if I am contacted immediatly by phone. I will compromise if i am refunded $57.61. I am not some push over. I will spend thousands on a lawyer just to have the satisfaction of knowing you people are not going to take advantage of me. I would also like a mailing address for your company and a telephone number for this department. What happened to the days where a company took pride in CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You asked why i cancelled so let me tell you. Reason 1, you lead people to believe that this package is only $1.95 and you are so sure that the only way you can get people to become a member is to hide the term membership and the monthly cost in your terms and conditions... very shady. Reason 2, all of the grant links from grants 360 come back error grants 360 does not have access to this page. I find that is very BAD business to comunicate with the refund department only through email. Nobody can find a mailing address to your company...hmm could it be because you are affraid of the problems you may have if your customers could actually pinpoint your whereabouts and make things difficult. Lets face it, if that were the case then you couldn"t hide behind sorry excuses like, "I'm sorry but the supervisor is engaged in a meeting." or my personal favorite, "there is no phone number for our refund department." Can you believe that one of your customer service reps actually told me that they have NO phones in that department. That should be interesting in an emergency, "SOMEBODY EMAIL 911!!!" Come on this is not acceptable business practice. You know very well that the customer base you are reaching out to is in need of money for some reason or another. They certainly do not want to be manipulated by some crazy term hidden in your terms and conditions listed in a tiny window. You know as well as I do how few people actually take the time to read those word for word. As far as I'm concerned you can hide behind your smoke and mirrors all you want but DO NOT under any circumstances try to tell me that you value customers and customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. In fact go home tonight, call your parents and brag to them about how much money your company "stole" from honest hardworking Amercain citizens, I'm sure they will be proud. How you cold even work for a company like this is beyond me.At any rate, it has become my personal mission to let everyone I talk to and every message board I can find on the internet know exactly how shady your business is. Oh, and as I stated in my previous email, I promise that I will be part of this class action suit against your company and its affiliates. One more thing I have posted every bit of corrispondence with your company to meesage boards across the web, and did you know that if you type grants 360 into the search bar the top 5 results are forums complaint boards and information about open investigations on your company. I hope you company goes under and its share holders commit suicide.
