I paid 1.95 for one time use of their website, did not try accessing it after the one time use. I have tried calling them several times but every time there was something wrong with their phone lines. Later I notice the charge of 57.61 on my visa card. I send another e-mail to Grants 360 demanding a refund and cancellation of any and all unauthorized charges. They have sent me a response that my “membership” for which I did not sign up for was canceled. I waited 30 days for them to refund $57.61 and that did not happen. I e-mailed them again with the same demand and got a response from them “You have already been billed and we can no longer undo the charges. However, we can compromise a partial refund from our billing processor<br />
which will be at around USD40.00 “ Basically they are Ripping people off with unethical business practice. No matter how hard you try to contact them they will not give a response nor refund. Beware and stay away from this company.

I was charged for services that I did not receive.I would like to have the amount of $24.61 credited back to my credit card. I called the 800 # and was issued a cancellation # (2389954)

I want all of my money back into my bank account. I authorized only $1.95 to come out of my account. I did not authorized anyone to take $57.61 out of my account. Please return all of my money into my account. I cancelled today, 7/1/09 and my cancellation # is 2743392. I will be watching my account to make sure no other money comes out of my account. I look forward for this matter to be resolved soon.

I called to cancel my online service and I was told this is an online program only. Due to the fact that my internet isn't working fully I told the representative to cancel the service. I asked at that time if my credit card would be charged and she told me no. I loom the next day and there is a charge on my card. I call the customer service number and I'm told I have to e-mail for my refund! Companies should not be able to do this!

Grant 360 gives a 24 hour trial period but did not post this on its website. once this one day trial period expires a charge of $57 and change is debited out of your account. This website is to help those needed money to receive grants from the government; it is not to discourage and scam money out of people. i am very unpleased since i have not even had an opportunity to look at the website or list of available grants. furthermore, this website i searched was suppose to be user friendly and i am sure i will need some kind of assistance that may take more than 24 hours. there has to be an easier way to get help and not be scammed.
