Won't stop debiting account
I ordered supposedly free information from Grants for Citizens and without my knowledge or approval an ID Protection Agency also deducted funds from my account. On June 30, 2009 I called & questionined this deduction was told that when ordering the Grants for Citizens I was also accepting ID protection with monthly payments. I informed them that I did not order this protection nor did not want it and I wanted my money refunded. I was apologized to by someone named Jay and was told that my money would be refunded and no other funds would be deducted from my account and that the protection was cancelled with Confirmation Number 10949202. However on July 2, 2009 additional funds were deducted from my account. When I called I was told that their records did not show any additional fund had been deducted from my account and that the only way that I could confirm this deduction was to send them a copy of my bank statement with this deduction. When I refused to send them my bank statement I was told that I had no proof & no refund would be made. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and my request was refused.

Keep taking money from my account
Grants for citizens does shady business. when I signed up only for help with a grant that supposedly only cost $1.95. My account kept getting charges for the next two weeks for $39.95, $12.95, $9.95 and $7.95. This hurt me financially and is not right.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER THEY DONT STOP!!!

unauthorized charges
I ordered CD for $1.95 and found out I was charged an additional $39.95. I called (877-379-6527) to cancel and to get my unauthorized $39.95. I was told that rather than a 14 day free trial by going on their web site I agreed to a 3 day free trial. DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE!!!

Grant Scam
Be very careful! I had to dig into their "Terms and Conditions" to find any information at all on the location of this one - they are in Nicosia, Cyprus - not in U.S. at all. This is just like all the other Government Grant-type scams. Just pay $1.95 shipping for "free kit"... right...
AND, they are linked to a "Rent-to-Own Real Estate Broker" - Real Freedom For You LLC, whose advertising and website force you to this "Grant" site.

Did not authorize payment
I looked at this web site and wanted to ckeck out the 14 free days and in less than 5 days I was being bill for 2 different charges. The phone is never answered and there has been 3 charges against my Paypal account. There has to be a way to stop this fraud of a company from doing this. They did not even have anything to offer that was helpful. Every thing they told you was a dead end, a joke. Be careful of your bank accounts these people like to take what they do not deserve or have earned.

freud
ordered a kit. they signed me up for a membership i didnt want and told me to call them in the free three day trial to cancell and i did multiple times no answer. thankfull i called my bank and reported them. they never sent me an email for my username and pass word as well there is no place for you to access a web site through the one they gave me. this is a freudulent web site do not give your information to these people!!!

Stop Debiting Account
I have called the company twice to stop this serice and all they say is they can't find my account.They have caused me two overdraft fees at 34.00 apiece. I just want them to stop sending these things and stop billing me.
