I used my debit card to purchase a software CD for finding & obtaining government grants. I never received the CD and after 4 Emails some from Ms Fitzgerald I finally got support services. The gentlemant I spoke with was named David he told me it was to bad, I hadn't received the CD. I also explained to him the 94.98 was not on the site when I sined up for the 30 days. the only other charde that wa indicated was 1.19 which they took. I was ovdrft 104 on my acct because of their fraud. I keep gooing to that support site via inbx/comp only to get I have 33et.etc. days before I ca receive a refund on the unayutorized money they took. I went back to the Org. sit and? What they actually altered beacuse of our COMPLAINTS.
